I’m posting this update BEFORE we open ticketing so you understand what you’re buying.

Timing and pick-up
Arrive at EMILY at your ticketed time and check in with the host, who will take care of you. You are then free to grab a table or take your pizza/meal to go. (Note: alcohol cannot leave the premises.)
Late arrivals: If you’re late, we’ll hold your pizza in a box above the oven where it’s warm, but keep in mind that we’re cooking these on a pre-set schedule to minimize wait time. Due to space limitations and time constraint, we can’t cook them to order when you show up (see this long-ass update).
See you there!
I’m looking forward to seeing you at Margot’s Pizza at EMILY. We’re excited to bring bar-style pizza to a wider audience than just the Margot’s Pizza test kitchen.
