The Collaboroni: After the guests have gone home we’ve been known to deviate from the usual menu for “family meal” with the Margot’s/EMILY staff. This one is a Margot’s-X-EMILY mashup. It takes the toppings of EMILY’S wildly popular “Colony” pie (pepperoni, jalapeños, a criss-cross of post-oven honey) and places them on a Margot’s bar-pizza chassis (sauce, Kublend™ cheese, thin and crispy crust).
