Margot’s Pizza\u00a0pop-up No. 1 will take place\u00a0SATURDAY, JUNE\u00a021, 2014<\/strong> from NOON\u00a0to 2PM.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Here’s what you should\u00a0know.<\/p>\n We’ll be doing a\u2026<\/p>\n includes<\/em> choose one of the following:<\/em><\/p>\n – MARGOT-RITA:\u00a0<\/a>sauce, Romano, cheese, basil, +oregano (V)<\/p>\n –\u00a0FUNGHITOWN<\/a>:\u00a0sauce, Romano, cheese, three-mushroom mix, +truffled sottocenere (V)<\/p>\n –\u00a0PEPPERONI<\/a>:\u00a0sauce, Romano, cheese, pepperoni<\/p>\n –\u00a0LOVE SUPREME<\/a>:\u00a0sauce, Romano, cheese, sausage, diced green pepper, shaved red onion, +oregano, +black pepper\u00a0(also available with vegan sausage)<\/p>\n choose one of the following:<\/em><\/p>\n – KALE SALAD:<\/strong> dried cherries, shaved pecorino Romano, sherry-thyme vinaigrette<\/p>\n ~OR~<\/i><\/p>\n – ARUGULA\u00a0SALAD:<\/strong> citrus, pistachio oil, toasted nuts<\/p>\n ~OR~<\/i><\/p>\n – 1 DRINK CREDIT:<\/strong> good for 1 soft drink, beer, or glass of wine. (EMILY’s regular drinks menu<\/a>\u00a0[pdf], including signature cocktails, is also available at the bar; cash only)<\/p>\n This will be\u00a0a ticketed event. <\/strong>Here’s\u00a0<\/strong>why<\/a>.\u00a0Just know that\u00a0we won’t have pizzas on a walk-up basis.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Tickets are all sold out\u00a0 I’m posting this update\u00a0BEFORE\u00a0we open ticketing so you understand what you’re buying.<\/p>\n Arrive at\u00a0EMILY<\/a>\u00a0at your ticketed time and check in with the host, <\/strong>who will take care of you. You are then free to grab a table or\u00a0take your pizza\/meal to go. (Note: alcohol cannot leave the premises.)<\/p>\n Late arrivals:<\/strong> If you’re late, we’ll hold your pizza in a box above the oven where it’s warm, but keep in mind that we’re cooking these on a pre-set schedule to minimize wait time. Due to space limitations and time constraint, we can’t cook them to order when you show up (see this long-ass update<\/a>).<\/p>\n I’m looking forward to seeing you at Margot’s Pizza at EMILY<\/a>. We’re going to sell tickets\u00a0in time slots.<\/strong>\u00a0You will purchase tickets for a particular time, and that is the time when your pizza will be ready for you<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/del><\/li>\nThe tickets get you a\u00a0$25 prix fixe lunch,\u00a0<\/strong>which will include one 12″ bar-style pizza<\/a> PLUS your choice of either a drink credit or a salad<\/del><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTiming and pick-up<\/h2>\n
